I suggest that you do this: Send the URL from AILA's memo about what happened to EB3-other worker category in June. And copy your HR and senior folks of your company when you email lawyer. That will tend to focus the attention of your lawfirm and they will either have to say "We will file asap" or they will have to say "AILA's memo doesnt mean anything".
I bet they will come back with the former conclusion.

If it wasnt for this kind of security we would have had many more 9/11ish incidents. I am glad this is a "part of life" now, otherwise I am not have a life. Not just US diplomat or US socialite even our own Indian ministers and celebrities dont get frisked or detained. I am already a HOMEOWNER but I think this bill is good for all as those who buy new homes move out of the line & we move quicker. Congress works in strange ways & if the core thinks this is the best way to get around it & including current homeowners will be a dealbreaker I am for it....Lets support what we can get.

The reason we have greater supply of workforce in IT from one specific country is not because of skills or talents. Almost every IT workers from ROW and China came to the US as a foreign student after TOEFL, GMAT, GRE, internship and only then landed a job in IT. Whereas the preponderence of IT workers from India came here through L1/B1/H1 sponsorship through bodyshops. Attending school, preparing for generalized tests requires time, money and patience. This is one big factor why the supply curve is skewed.

No one cares who the heck is he...when dozens of people dying without food and because drought, GOI has better jobs to do rather than going after the BCP for this moron. Look at how the bailout money has gone to those people who screwwed the economy.
The reason you think India has issues that other countries do not have is because you are still not stepping out of your Indian shoes.
Go out with your American friends for a drink and discuss these issues - for every issue you discuss - you will get a parallel American counter issue that is similar in nature.
There is nothing called "absolute" in this world and you will realise it now or later. Live in a country side with a constant income and you will find life peaceful because you are not bothered by what is happening.
Or try helping people - and do social service - you will realise that it is a dangerous and thankless job.
Democracy is "not exactly" how it sounds. Unfortunately, life is not fair to anyone and one has to live in within his/her means.
Crying foul over all such stuff will not bring changes. Working within parameters to bring about changes is "unfortunately" the only way how changes have come to the "Mother Earth"

A lot of EB2 folks are getting excited about getting the spillover from EB1 and EB2 ROW but has anyone contemplated that lots of EB3 ROWs will now start at looking at porting their dates to EB2 just as most people from EB3 India are?
